Returns & Exchanges

Policy

Trust is crucial to a team and, as your partner, we want to make sure our products match your expectations. We offer two levels of returns:

  • 30-day Comfort Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your boots or shoes, simply return them within 30 days from the date you received your order for a refund or exchange. Some restrictions apply.
  • One-Year Returns: We accept returns of resalable items within one year of purchase that are unworn, in new condition, and in original packaging along with all packaging attachments and enclosures, including all applicable tags, instructions, etc. For apparel, return item in its original, packaging along with all packaging attachments and enclosures, including all applicable tags, instructions, etc. Some restrictions apply.
Return instructions are available on the reverse side of the packing slip.

Returning A Product

Returns should be made via a trackable method. Fill out the reverse side of the packing slip included with your order or fill out a blank packing slip by clicking here.
Create a label from your online account:

Step 1: Sign in to your Patriot Outfitters account.

Step 2: Access your Account Order History and select the order you would like to return.

Step 3: Click the link shown below to generate your label – be sure to include your packing slip with your order for faster processing.

If your label does not automatically print, you may reprint it by clicking the link in the green banner.

Details & Limitations

Refunds are deposited back to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is related to our error.
Special order items or items that have been altered, decorated, engraved, customized or otherwise embellished at the request of our customers cannot be returned unless the return is related to our error.
Body worn cameras, audio recording devices, and memory cards cannot be returned to a Patriot Outfitters store or at PatriotOutfitters.com; they must be returned directly to the manufacturer in accordance with that manufacturer’s returns policy.
All clearance items are sold “as is” and cannot be returned.
Returns for these items, including but not limited to self-defense sprays, chemical kits, select first aid kits and components, road flares, and fire extinguishers cannot be accepted. If you are unsure if the product you are returning falls in to this category, please contact Patriot Outfitters’ Customer Service. Refunds may be available depending on circumstances.

Many products sold by Patriot Outfitters offer extended manufacturer’s warranties. For returns related to matters covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please visit the manufacturing brand’s website and/or call their customer service line directly.

Gift Certificates cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law.
